1. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellZ, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
2. License and subscription
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, SellZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes (e.g., generating and posting optimized eCommerce listings).
Subscriptions are managed via Lemon Squeezy or Paddle. You may not resell, sublicense, share, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent. Accounts and licenses are non-transferable.
3. Ownership and intellectual property
The Service, including all AI-generated content tools, software, designs, trademarks, and materials, is owned by SellZ Technologies LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of your uploaded images, product data, and listings. However, by using the Service, you grant SellZ a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your data solely to provide, improve, and support the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
4. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support@sellz.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (processed via Lemon Squeezy/Paddle). Refunds are not available for subsequent renewals or after 14 days. We may request feedback but it's optional.
5. Acceptable use and prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, fraud, or to violate third-party rights (including platform terms of Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Daraz)
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or content that infringes IP rights
- Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or our infrastructure
- Scrape or automate access beyond your licensed use
6. Account termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law or our payment processors.
7. Privacy policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with applicable laws (including GDPR where relevant).
8. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.

9. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email or on the Site.
